Pricing Policy
All items offered by this website for purchasing are brand new. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the price stated.
Product
Ms.Shy Creations will packaging the product in good condition and double-check the products before we shipping out the parcel, however, there's no any damaged of the products will be happened. If there’s any damage upon delivery, please contact us immediately for exchange,
Color
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appears on the site, as accurately as possible. However, slight variations might occur in color and size specifications. Certain colors may appear different due to your personal computer resolution and monitor settings.

Delivery
All Ms.Shy Creations products are handcrafted, it may takes up to 2-5 working days for crafting time. There are some product may takes longer crafting time, such as, customize color, customize designs, etc. Order are packed and shipped on Monday-Friday only. Order placed on weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed on additional 5 business days.
You must be take care when opening the Product so as not to damage.
Return & Exchange Policy
Once payment is made, orders are not refundable/exchangeable. We will include a detailed description of every item for the buyers to refer.We only make refund for the order items is out of stock. We only accept return incase wrong sent and must returning within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
